Reeds Brook Middle School Enrollment Packet

Parents wishing to enroll a student in Sixth, Seventh, or Eighth grade at Reeds Brook Middle School should complete the enrollment packet and return with proof of residency to the main office at Reeds Brook. If a student has an IEP, specific health concerns or a desire to be enrolled in Band or Chorus, please include that information with the enrollment packet.
